Another stair will be added to the third floor of Building "A". Building "A" is Type V 1 hr, fully sprinklered per City of Everett Ordinance <br /> No. 1902-92. Since it will be fully sprinklered, will this qu�ify as a substitute <br /> for one hour construction as required by sec. 310.2.2.? �p ��,S�g <br /> ) <br /> 3. Draft stops are shown on DWG. A-1, ROOF PLAN. Th�.y are located above <br /> each common wall separating dwelling units, per sec. 708.3.1.2.1. A detail of a <br /> typical draft stop is shown on detail 5/A-29. <br /> 4. Typical insulation R-values for roofs, exterio: walls, and floors are shown on <br /> Typical Detail of Construction detail 16/A-22. They are: R-30 for roof; R-19 for <br /> walls; R-30 for iloors over open carports, which conforms to option N of the <br /> Washington State Energy Code. <br /> The concrete walls and slabs were installed under a previous permit. 2" <br /> styrofoam perimeter slab insulation was installed at Bldg.
