From Subsection 34.060.G which prohibits roadways or internal aisles <br /> within the front setback and from Subsection 35.060.A, Landscaping and <br /> Screening Requirements, which requires a twenty foot wide landscape strip <br /> along the property's street frontages, and <br /> 2. from Subsection 39.O80.A. which prohibits dumpsters within the front <br /> setback. <br /> Land Use: Vacant lot. Applicant proposes to construct 22 residential units <br /> comprised of seven buildings.
