Hydraulics Project Approval from the State Depanment of Fish and Wildlife may <br /> be required for this project due to its location within the Pigeon Creek i�l drainage <br /> basin. if an HPA is required, more strineent detention and stormwater treatment <br /> requirements than the City �vould impose may be on the project as a condition of <br /> the HPA. A copy of che HPA or a letter the Depanment of Fish and Wildlife <br /> stating that an HPA is not needed should be included along with the plans for <br /> Public Works review. <br /> MITIGATION OF ADVERSE [11TPACTS BY SEPA <br /> 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br /> properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br /> 2. The Everett School District has commented that the project will adversely <br /> impact the Schoul District (see attached letter). The Applicant must negotiate <br /> with the School District regardina a mitigation a;reement.
