NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) Sectioa 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code shall be guilty of a mi.^,demeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilzy of a separate offense for ea�h and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provi; ions of said building - code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any s�ch violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for no more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 8: If the work specified in this nocice is performed by the City of Everett Building Official the costs of said work shall be charged to the owner(s) or parties in interest of the real property on which said building(s) , or structi�res(s) , or portion(s) thereof is (are) located and unless such costs have been previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest _ such costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment against said real property. Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of Everett Building.Code, Chapter 2.12 Everett City Code adopting and amending Volume 1, Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the International Confereace of Building Officials.
