This package includes structural calculations that verify the adequacy of the building <br /> components noted below: <br /> Bearing Wall System: 2x6 DF#2 Framing at 16" o.c. <br /> Roof Structure: Pre-manufactured roof trusses that span between bearing walls and headers <br /> Foundations: Perimeter strip footings with 6" stem wall and pad footings at post locations <br /> Lateral System: Light-Frame (wood) walls sheathed with wood structural panels rated for shear resistance <br /> ***LIMITATIONS*' <br /> VLMK Engineering + Design was retained in a limited capacity for this project.
