Construc6on of <br /> braced wall panels shall be by one of the methods listed in section 2326.11.3 or <br /> 2336.11.4 of the UBC or provide shear wall(s) detailed by a licensed WA. St. <br /> Structural Engineer. <br /> 2. The braced wall panel detailed does not show the required anchor bolts per <br /> section 2326.11.4 UBC. <br /> 3. The 4 x 14 d.f, pl header appears to be overstressed.
