With exception of the condition etated below, lot <br /> design/confiquration for this short subdivielon shall be <br /> as shown on the Preliminary Short Plat map on file with <br /> the Planning Department. Any changes in the i <br /> design/confiquration of the lots or qcaess Will require <br /> approval by both the PuUlic Works and Planr.ing � <br /> Departments. Dedication of �five (5) feet of right-of-way on Rainier <br /> Drive is required prior to issuance of final approval . <br /> 11 .
