Compliance with the specific requlations pertaininq to <br /> "Accessory Dwelling Units" listed under Section <br /> 79.02o.D of the City's Zoning Code (copy attached) , as <br /> well as all other provisions of the City's Zoninq Code <br /> and all other applicable City codes is required prior <br /> to issuance of buildinq permit. <br /> Riqht to Appeal: The applicant or an owner of property located <br /> within 700 feet of the subject property may appeal the Planninq <br /> Director's determination as to whether the propoced use should be <br /> a permitted use within the applicatrle zone district. Any such <br /> appeal must be filed vithin ten (10) calendar days of the date <br /> specified below. Appeal forms are available from the Planning <br /> Department and muet be submitted along with the required filing <br /> fee. For more information concerning this determinati.on, contact <br /> Michael Herrera at the Planning Department (tel. 259-8771) . <br /> Any appeal of the Planning Director's Determination described <br /> herein would be an appeal of tha additional 286 square feet <br /> proposed for the accessoty dwelling unit and would not affect the <br /> oriqinal approval.
