Aocument our findings and recommandations in a letter report. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> Surfac� . ' ' <br /> The project site is a nearty mctangular-s6aped parcel, 0.71 s�res in size. The site is locetad south end east <br /> of;he intersection of Ravenna Street and the abendoned South First Street rig6t-of-way. Ravenna Street <br /> is paved to just short of the existing residence. The apperant absadoned Firs[ Street right-af-way is <br /> vegetated and not used as a traftic route. The proposed lots are numbered 1 through 4 from aorth m <br /> south. The ground surface of the site ge�rally slopes geatly down to the easL 'Ibete is a 4- to 8-foot <br /> higb,steep slope,which drops down to the east along the west property line. Ground swface elevarions on <br /> the topographic site plan provided show total verticnl ralief over the site of about 18 feet. <br /> The majority of the sita is vegctated with grass saC scettered huit vxs, young deciduous tms, and <br /> blackberries.
