A red, Toyota pickup had entered through an opened gate at approximately1930 hours Hithout reading
the signage stating the road was open 6P.M-6PM. He passed the maintenance seasonal who was exiting and locking the
gate for the evening.
I made contact with the vehicle at the outer gate at approximately 2055 hours on unincorporated City of Everett property.
The red, Toyota F:ckup with 18"-24"tire widths and a lift package was parked inside the gate. I ran the registered owner,
Miller, Steve A. 09-20-1990 through SNO-PAC and he came back clear. I explained the rules to him and started to question
him about the mud on his tires. He stated he was 4x4ing on Woods Lake road to a lookout, prior to entering out property.
He had been on our paved roads for almost 2 hours and should not have had that much mud, on his tires. I told him
that I would be back at 6AM to check our property for any off road activity. He was released from the gate and warned of
Trespass. The next morning I found no off road activity.
On Wednesday, April 2'i, 2012 on my first day back from days off i was checking on the Fire Knox box on the outer gate.
One of our neighbors, w;o live just outside our gate, askec if the rec+, Toyota truck ever got out. He told me that the
Toyota was on the hill above the gate and it appeared to be winching an eco-block. I checked the hill above the gate and
found an eco-bock thai had been dragged approximately 20 feet away. He was unable to escape due to the second
row of blocks were all chained together. Large tire tracks were still in the mud so I photographed the damage.
I went back to the plant and pulled up the security camera footage of the Water Filtration Plant at 1951 hours and noted that i
the suspect vehicle had no mud on its tires. Since this is unincorpuated City of Everett property we will bill the suspect for
the cost of repiacing the eco-block and excluding him from our property. ;
i
I
I
I
OFFICER NAMEINUMBER UNIT APPROVED BY:IPERS.NO.
IBR CLEARANCE ( UNFOUNDED DISTRIBUTION: ( JUV ( )TRAF OTHER: LOGGED:
( )ARR/A ( )EXCIA ( PA ( CPS ( )DET /
( ARRIJ ( )EXCIJ ( ADMIN ( DSHS ( )PAT DATE INITIALS
ENTERED RMS 1_ ENTERED WACIC I NCIC I CLEARED WACIC I NCIC 1
DATE INITIALS DATE INITIALS DATE INITIALS
