Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 Intemational Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to conNnue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. - <br /> 1. The plans submitted do not provide sufficient information to perform a plan review. <br /> The plans shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature, and extent of the <br /> work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions oF the <br /> International Residential Code (IRC) and relevant laws, ordinances, rules, and <br /> regulations per R106.1.1 IRC. <br /> 2. The insulation requirements are based on the date of application for the permit. <br /> Because the application was made after]anuary 1, 2011, the requirements are based on <br /> the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) 2009 edition, Table 6-1. The insulation <br /> requirements are as follows: <br /> Ceilings R-49 <br /> Walls R-21 <br /> Floors R-30 <br /> Doors U-0.20 (doors with more than 50% glazing must meet window requirements) <br /> Windows U-0.30 <br /> 3.
