LICENSE. FAIR hereby grants to LICENSEE a license to occupy and use space: G67 For the limited purpose of selling the following: (9'wide x 10'deep in-line space inside Grandstand) EVERETT POLICE DEPARTMENT -RECRUITING BOOTH - INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION. Shared rotation boothspece-On-site Wednesday,August 30-Monday, September 4,2006-see manual for operational hours) 2. ACCESS: FAIR shall provide access to the fairgrounds to LICENSEE and LICENSEE's employees as follows: 24- Single Entry Admission Passes(plus opportunity to purchase an additional 36 at discounted rate of$4.00 each) 18- Season Parking Passes,valid in Red or Blue Parking Lots. 3. PAYMENTS. LICENSEE agrees to pay FAIR: INSURANCE-Check One: Letter of (a) $ 600.00 Booth space fee(includes basic fee) Li Insurance Certificate enclosed OR Self—Insurance $ -0- Minus prepaid deposit EI Insurance Certificate will be forwarded before 08-01-06 $ 600.00 Rental Fee due with Contract (b) DUE DATE: This amount is due when this Agreement is submitted to the FAIR before: 07-01-06 All payments shall be in the form of cash,money order,or cashier's check payable to the Evergreen State Fair. DO NOT MAIL CASH 4. jkY' LICENSE TERM. LICENSEE shall occupy and use the assigned space during the Evergreen State Fair conducted from 8:00 a.niCAugust24 rough 8:00 p.m. September 4, 2006. In addition, LICENSEE may occupy and use the assigned space two (2) days preceding the fair to prepare for use during the fair. LICENSEE shall vacate the premises within two(2)days after the fair. 5. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS. Paragraphs 6 through 17 on the reverse side of this document are a part of this agreement. The parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. This document takes effect when signed by both parties.
