Additionally, <br /> parking will be in very limited supply,particularly in the waterfront area. Encouraging residents and visitors <br /> attending the day-long celebrations to use Everett Transit will help in mitigating anticipated traffic <br /> congestion in these areas. Fare free bus service on July 4, 2006 will provide a significant incentive for <br /> people to leave their cars behind and use Everett Transit to access community activities throughout the day. <br /> It is anticipated that operating fare-free will result in approximately$1,200 in "lost"passenger revenue. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution authorizing Everett Transit to operate fare free July 4, 2006. <br /> 64 <br /> Th 2006 July 4 Fare Free Resolution <br />
