In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to �rovide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflec�ing he ^orrecHons reqwred. 1. Provide cross section of property from front (south) to back (north) property lines. The section should be tluough the center of the g�rage. 2. Provide revised site plan that shows actual location of proposed garage. 3. Show how building meets the requirements of Section 1806.5.2 "Buiiding Clearance from Ascending Slopes", or provide an investigation and recommendation of a qualified engineer to demonstrate that the intent of Section 1806.5 has been sadsfied�such an investigation shell include consideration of material, height of slope, slope gradient, load intensity and erosion characteristics of slope material. 4. Retaining walls with more than 3'-6" of unbalanced backfill are required to be designed by a licensed Washington State Structural Engineer. Prepare a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence. All required submittals shalf be of sut�icient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure ihat the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
