The proposed garaye project will bs free-stdndfng a�nd detached <br /> from the exlst(ng reaidence at 4508 Ridgemont Drive. 7he proposed foot�rint zone for <br /> the new garege had been deared end staked (see photographe). <br /> The isaue of geotechnical concern Involves the rear alope behind ths pcoposed <br /> c,Hlragp 1o0tprint. Currently, the staked IOCatiOn of th@ garpqe will ocCur within <br /> approximately four to seven feet (4' - 7') of the toe-ot-slope. <br /> This engineer evaluated the axisting rear slope with use of e standard soils <br /> probe. AddiNonally, the expoeed soll bshind the axisting residence was evident. The <br /> soll canslata of denee send, capeble of providiny a minimum 2,000 p.s.f. bearing <br /> capaciry. This sandy sdl drains extremely well.
