This agreement established a joint board between the two entities to develop a <br /> comprehensive mechanism to provide financial, project budget, construction management, etc. for the <br /> proposed water delivery system The total City of Everett contribution will be $5 million. Establishment of <br /> Fund 451 will allow for the collection and disbursement of funds to pay for costs incurred by the board. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve an ordinance establishing Fund No. 451, entitled "Everett-Tulalip Joint <br /> Water Line Fund." <br /> 19 <br />
