It was our recommendation holes be <br /> excavated (1 ' x 1') at eight foot centers around the entire <br /> foundation down through the organic material to a more stable <br /> bearing material. This should also be done under the floor slab, , <br /> r.�; �u �„ „ • ,� <br /> with reinforcing sL���e� tied into ` the' sl'ab and into the eight foot <br /> centers throughout the floor area. <br /> In the afternoon, we were again called out to inspect the holes , <br /> which had been excavatad through the organic material to natural <br /> ground.
