PROPOSED ORDINANCES: (9) CB 0607-26 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended, adopting the 2006 Downtown Plan as a Subarea Plan of the Growth Management Comprehensive Plan of the City of Everett, as set forth in Exhibit 1, and amending the Land Use Map as set forth in Exhibit 2 (2nd Reading and Public Hearing on July 19, 2006, 3rd and final Reading on July 26, 2006) (10) CB 0607-27 — 1St Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Section 2.020 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.02.020) by rezoning certain properties in the Downtown Planning Area to the B-3 Central Business District zone to implement the zoning changes as proposed in the 2006 Downtown Plan (2"d Reading and Public Hearing on July 19, 2006, 3rd and final Reading on July 26, 2006) (11) CB 0607-28 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, the B-3 (Central Business District) Zone regulations (EMC 19.22), as amended by Ordinance No's. 1729-90, 1849-92, 2107-95, 2397- 99, and repealing Sections of Ordinance No's. 1671-89 and 2107-95, and repealing Ordinance No. 2899-06 (2"d Reading and Public Hearing on July 19, 2006, 3rd and final Reading on July 26, 2006) (12) CB 0607-29 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan map (Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended) from Office (4.3) to Mixed Use Commercial Multi-Family (4.4) and amending Section 2.020 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.02.020), with a rezone from B-2B (Office) to B-2 (Community Business) with a second rezone from R-1 (Single Family) to B-2 (Office), on a site located east of 19th Avenue SE and south of 116th Street SE subject to conditions of a development agreement (3rd and final Reading and Public Hearing on July 26, 2006) (13) CB 0607-30 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan map (Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended) from Single Family Detached (1.1) to Single Family Attached (1.4), with a second amendment from Community Business (4.2) to Single Family Attached (1.4), and amending Section 2.020 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (EMC 19.02.020), with a rezone from B-2 (Community Business) to R-2A (Single Family Attached ) on specific areas within a combined site located east of 19th Avenue SE and south of 96th Place SE subject to conditions of a development agreement (3rd and final Reading and Public Hearing on July 26, 2006)
