The scope of <br /> work includes removing perimeter fence, playground, south parking area, paths and sidewalks; installing 34 <br /> new parking stalls; installing new 4' fence with new concrete mow strip around the perimeter; constructing 4 <br /> new columned entryways and plazas; constructing curbing for new playground area; and installing new <br /> sidewalks and benches around playground area. The Parks Department received 4 bids ranging from <br /> $399,648 to $535,398 including sales tax.
