<br /> The Planning Commission's April 18, 2996 workshop considered this additional
<br /> detail and, following further public comment, the Commission expressed general
<br /> satisfaction with the plan details. At the May 16, 2006 workshop, the
<br /> Commission took public testimony, reviewed the areas proposed to be rezoned
<br /> to implement the plan, and addressed environmental issues. At the June 6, 2006
<br /> planning Commission meeting the Commission adopted a resolution
<br /> recommending City Council approval of the Downtown Plan and companion
<br /> zoning code amendments.
