The Commission took additional public planning concepts from group mapping <br /> exercises. <br /> comments on the plan details and asked that the April workshop include more <br /> detail and graphic examples related to building height and floor area regulations <br /> and the proposed design guidelines. <br /> The Planning Commission's April 18, 2996 workshop considered this additional <br /> detail and, following further public comment, the Commission expressed general <br /> satisfaction with the plan details. At the May 16, 2006 workshop, the <br /> Commission took public testimony, reviewed the areas proposed to be rezoned <br /> to implement the plan, and addressed environmental issues.
