Freezing and <br /> capping of the existing '/�" service is necessary. The write-u� <br /> contractor is to expose the vault. Thrust blocks for restraining the pipe <br /> will be provided by the contractor. <br /> At location 2, the existir�g 6" line will be cut and capped and a 2" <br /> temporar,� service wil! be installed.
