We have been working <br /> on our house a little at a time. Currently, we are living in the house, which is mostly <br /> compieted. <br /> Outstanding items: window and door trim &some door hardware not completed <br /> Stair railinb/hand rails to 2"`� floor need to be installed <br /> Kitchen cabinets need to be completed(microwave exhaust not <br /> connected yet) <br /> Under cabinet lighting not completed(5 pigtails sticking out of wall) <br /> Radiant heating not completed—we are using electric space heaters <br /> throughout house. <br /> Our plumbing and electrical systems are fully functional. The foremost reason we have <br /> not completed our house in a timely manner is because I have been laid off from 2 jobs in <br /> the last 3 years. I have run out of unemployment benefits at this time and have not been <br /> able to find reliable employment. 1 have since started my own home inspection business <br /> which has started �vith a whimper ;) We do things to the house as we can afford it. <br /> Please allow us an extension on our current open permits. We can finalize our B0802- <br /> O15 permit and may be able to finalize our electrical permit E0802-096. <br /> If you wish to send an inspector to our house to confirm our status, you are welcome to <br /> do so.
