Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br /> 17. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Plan#'s 305A& 306 on <br /> this proposal's Frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector(i.e. all unused driveways and any <br /> broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br /> 18. Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br /> 19. Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br /> 20. Pave to existing paving in alley. <br /> 21. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for this building's water and <br /> sewer services. <br /> 22. A catch basin as per City Standard Plan#402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan#410 is required for the <br /> parking area. <br /> 23. If a sewer pump system is to be instalied, the pressure line must discharge into a private manhole, then <br /> gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br /> 24.
