The Event will provide crime prevention and safety <br /> information at the northwest corner of the Everett Mall parking lot. The event is scheduled from <br /> 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM. <br /> The Everett Mall requires that a Release of Liability statement be signed by the City of Everett prior to the <br /> August 1, 2006, National Night Out Event on their property. <br /> RECOMMENDATION Authorize the Mayor to sign the Hold Harmless Agreement allowing the <br /> National Night Out Event to be held at the Everett Mall August 1, 2006. <br /> 18 <br />
