Staff has identified a Crane LET26/Heil Garbage Packer <br /> Body as meeting the City's requirements. This unit was competitively bid and awarded by the City of <br /> Oroville. <br /> RCW 39.34 permits the City to use a contract competitively awarded by another government jurisdiction in <br /> lieu of soliciting bids of its own.
