Notices to CH2M Hill shall be sent to the following address: <br /> CH2M HILL, Inc. <br /> Attn: Jenifer Barnes <br /> 1100 112th Ave NE <br /> Suite 400 <br /> Bellevue, WA 98004 <br /> 23. Venue. It is agreed that venue for any lawsuit arising out of this Agreement shall be Snohomish <br /> County. <br /> 24. Construction and Interpretation. This Agreement has been negotiated between the parties and <br /> each party has had full and complete opportunity to review the Agreement with its own, independent <br /> counsel. Because it is a joint effort and the result of such review and negotiation, this Agreement shall <br /> not be construed or interpreted strictly against one party or the other, irrespective of which party typed <br /> the Agreement. <br /> 25. City Furnished Data. City acknowledges that CH2M Hill will rely on the data provided by the <br /> City to CH2M Hill, and that CH2M Hill will not validate or verify the accuracy of such data, unless <br /> specifically and expressly stated in the Scope of Work attached hereto. City acknowledges that <br /> material inaccuracies in the data would, if discovered, possibly change CH2M Hills recommendations, <br /> conclusions and opinions.
