The current signers of this Sewer and Water Mutual Aid <br /> Agreement have jointly proposed Agreement revisions to clarify procedural detail, legal protection for the <br /> requesting and responding purveyors, and rescission of the former(1995)Agreement. These Agreement <br /> revisions are presented here as a new Water and Sewer Mutual Aid Agreement—2006.
