The current signers of this Sewer and Water Mutual Aid <br /> Agreement have jointly proposed Agreement revisions to clarify procedural detail, legal protection for the <br /> requesting and responding purveyors, and rescission of the former(1995)Agreement. These Agreement <br /> revisions are presented here as a new Water and Sewer Mutual Aid Agreement—2006. The Public Works <br /> Department proposes to enter into this new Agreement with other water and sewer purveyors in Snohomish <br /> County for the purpose of providing a requesting purveyor personnel,material and equipment to handle a - <br /> disaster or emergency. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt Resolution# authorizing and approving the Water and Sewer Mutual Aid Agreement-2006 for <br /> the provision of personnel and equipment in disasters and emergencies <br /> CB-WS MutAid 2006-Agn-7-26-06.DOC 5 0 <br />
