13 <br /> 12. No Third Party Rights. This Agreement is for the benefit of the Purveyors who <br /> are active parties to this Agreement and no other person or entity shall have any rights under this <br /> Agreement as a third party beneficiary nor shall any Purveyor owe any duty to a third party not a <br /> signatory of this Agreement by virtue of this Agreement. <br /> 13. Designated Official. All Agreement references to the Designated Official, whose <br /> job title is identified at the end of this Agreement, shall refer to the holder of that job title or his <br /> or her designee.
