Mr. <br /> Driscoll's current contract expires this year. Pursuant to EMC 2.23.040, Mr. Driscoll must be re-appointed <br /> for another four-year term to continue to provide hearing examiner services. The Professional Services <br /> contract with James Driscoll as the City's Land Use and Code Enforcement Hearing Examiner would <br /> commence August 1, 2006 and end August I, 2010.
