Participants in the planning process said that the top priority for the <br /> Downtown Plan should be establishing a vision for what the community wants <br /> downtown to become. The public feedback was overwhelmingly clear about <br /> what that future should be. This plan captures that vision and identifies the <br /> actions required to continue the transformation of downtown to a vibrant <br /> metropolitan center. <br /> The City of Everett's recent work in comprehensive planning, transportation <br /> improvements, and public facilities development projects has already made <br /> substantial progress in achieving the vision.
