5 <br /> Section 1. Section 9 of Ordinance 1830-91 which reads as follows: <br /> All licensees shall maintain a building that the business <br /> occupies, either continuously or at regular times, where tow <br /> business books and records are kept and towing business is <br /> transacted. <br /> All towing businesses shall maintain a secure building or other <br /> storage facility for the purpose of securely storing towed vehicles. <br /> The place of business and the storage facility may be in separate <br /> locations. The place of business and the storage facility shall be <br /> located within the corporate limits of the city. <br /> The place of business and storage facility shall comply with all <br /> applicable city and state laws and regulations: <br /> All vehicles impounded within the city shall be placed within the <br /> storage facility located within the city of the towing business <br /> performing the impound, and shall remain within the storage <br /> facility until disposal. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> All licensees shall maintain a building that the business <br /> occupies, either continuously or at regular times, where tow <br /> business books and records are kept and towing business is <br /> transacted. <br /> All towing businesses shall maintain a secure building or other <br /> storage facility for the purpose of securely storing towed vehicles. <br /> The place of business and the storage facility may be in separate <br /> locations. Corrections. <br /> The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make <br /> necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction <br /> of scrivener's errors, reference, ordinance numbering, section/subsection <br /> numbering and any references thereto. <br /> 12 <br /> 2 <br />
