Each storage location (in addition to the main <br /> location) must have been inspected and licensed by the Department of Licensing. <br /> This law ensures the registered owner can redeem the vehicle at the nearest location owned and licensed <br /> by the RTTO who impounds the vehicle when that particular RTTO has more than one licensed site. <br /> If further questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact me.
