The Final 2006 Comprehensive Sewer <br /> Plan has identified the need to increase conveyance capacity in a majority of the Central Interceptor sewer. <br /> Construction is anticipated to occur in 2008. <br /> Murray, Smith & Associates, Inc. (MSA) was selected to provide professional engineering and design <br /> services.
