The Seafair Pirates will be coming to entertain guest and will be bringing their ship,the <br /> "Moby Duck." Other activities and vendors serving food will be stationed on the 1500 block of Wall St to <br /> create a street fair atmosphere with a pirate theme. Set-up will begin at 8:00 am on September 23 and clean-up <br /> will end at 5:00pm. <br /> 7 <br />
