The electricity has been shut off. <br /> 6. fiere is general dilapidation and improper maintenance of the <br /> structure. <br /> 7. There is a lack of heating facilities. <br /> &. The structure is occupied. <br /> 9. The structure is hazardous to the health, safety and welfare of the <br /> general public. <br /> 10. Work is being condcted en the structure without the recuired building <br /> permits. <br /> 11. The electrical wiring and service is more than 50 years old and is <br /> considered substandard and hazardous. <br /> � 12. There is a lack of weather protection for the structure. <br />
