Such demolitions must be complered wir.hin 90 days of rhe date of this Order. VJII Any person liavin� any record rir.le or legal inr.erest in che building may appeal from rhis Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in r.he Uniform 1{ousing Code and filed with the Building Official wir.hin 30 days from r.he date of service of this Notice and Order.
