The srructure, in its deteriorared condition, has become an <br /> attracr.ive nuisance ro children and a l�arbor for vagranr.s. <br /> 2, The strucrure is maintained in violation of Ordinance No. <br /> 1247-86 of the City of Everett relaring to the condir.ion of <br /> srructures. <br /> 3. The strucrure is in sucli a condition as to constir.ur.e a public <br /> nuisance known r.o rhe common law or in equiry jurisprndence. <br /> ZII The Uuildings shall eirher be repaired in accordance wir.h the current <br /> Buildin� Code, or rhey shall be demolished. <br /> IV Since r.lie buildings are uninliabir.aUle in r.heir presenr condition, <br /> they shall Ue vacated wirhin seven (7) days of r.he date of the Order <br /> and remain vacanr until such time as they are repaired in accordance <br /> Vwith r.he currenr Building or demolished. <br /> V If r.he owners elecr r.o repair r.lie buildings according to the currenr <br /> Building Code, all permirs musr. be secured rherefore and the work <br /> physically commenced within 30 days of the date of this Order. All <br /> such work must: be completed in compliance with the Building Code <br /> wir.hin 90 days of rhe dare of r.his Order. <br /> VI If r.he owners elect r.o der�olish the buildings, all required permits <br /> musr. be secured therefore wirhin 30 days of the dare of this Order. <br /> Such demolitions must be complered wir.hin 90 days of rhe date of this <br /> Order. <br /> VIZ If tl�e required repair or demolir.ion iaork is not commenced �vitliin the <br /> tine set forth in paragraphs V and VI, rhe IIuilding Official will <br /> order the buildin�s to remain vacant and proceed r.o cause tlie <br /> buildings to be demolished and charge the cosr.s r.hereof against the <br /> properr.y or its owners. <br /> VJII Any person liavin� any record rir.le or legal inr.erest in che building <br /> may appeal from rhis Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and <br /> Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in r.he <br /> Uniform 1{ousing Code and filed with the Building Official wir.hin 30 <br /> days from r.he date of service of this Notice and Order.
