Complaints ranged from tall grass to furniture, garbage and �unk vehicles . Inspections were made and the owner was contacted. Eventually the furniture, garbage and vehicles were removed. In 1987 complaints were received concerning the structures being occupied by transients and teen age girls . Previous research on the property revealed that electrical power was off to all three building� and water service had been shut off and the meter padlocked for non payment. On Sept. 16, 1987, the buildings were posted " Illegal to Uccupy" . During the inspection and posting, Larry Callahan, Building Official, was present and we talked with some of the individuals occupying one of tlie buildings . A five page letter, containing the reports on each building, was sent to the owner of tl-e property , Tom McKee, and he was given ten days to respond with :i remedy to correct all violating conditions . Violations were noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code and the Uangerous Bullding Code. On Seot. 28, 1987 I submitted a six paqe detailed report to the file regarding my inspection of the buildings on Sept. 16th .
