<br /> Authority paid rent for tenants on these premises, A cambination of
<br /> things, some mentioned above, brought the premises to their present
<br /> condition, not the least of which was city rafusel to turn wat�r back on,

<br /> of improving the premises and have baen workiny th�ough tho P,U.D.

<br /> is done through con[racto�s, witli inspactions, permits, •tc. 1 hove
<br /> also been pursuing -- and will cr�nttnue to pursue -- CHIP participation,
<br /> Hwever, � cannot do anykhing when � have conf►let arising from personal
<br /> vendettas of a famala city employea who has previously been ordorad not
<br /> to set foot on � proparty of mine wi [hout first having written permission

<br /> beck up [o proper habitability, I certainly have not hed them In this

<br /> that have been a true nulserce and cost the city large suns -- such as the
<br /> Monte Cristo Hotel to neme just one, These buildings have been a tre-
<br /> mendous neyative cash fiow to r,�e, end � certainly care more about
