According to our <br />records, we do not have final approval for the listed permits, original issued to Craig Healey. Sections <br />105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building Code and International Residential Code state that <br />permits become invalid if the work is not commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 <br />days. Work under your permits will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br />inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />It is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that all <br />required inspections are performed. Please contact us by JULY 31, 2015 to schedule <br />inspections or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without final <br />approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit once <br />again reaches expiration.
