Roberts <br />Direcfor <br />The Planning Department completed its review of the aforementioned building permit <br />application and requests the following revisions/additional infom�ation prior to approval of thc <br />pertnit. The following applies to the landscape plan: <br />Add three strcet lrces on cach of lhe 25'h and 26'�' strcet frontages on the weslem <br />portion of thc sitc. <br />2. On the 25`h and 2G°i street (rontages, movc the shrubs frem thc westem portion of the <br />site to the eastcrn portion of the site. The purpose and intent of the landscape <br />rcquirement is to screen the exposed portion of thc retaining wall as viewed from the <br />strcet and adjacent residences. <br />3. A Icgend and plant schedule was not included with the plans. A note on sheet L-1.4 <br />statcs that this infortnation is provided on shcet L-L�; howevcr, shcet L-LS was not <br />provided with thc plsn submittal. <br />Plcase pro��ide a revised landscape plan and shcct L-LS (3 copies of each) to the Planning <br />Departmcnt. I will be out of the office between August 18 and September 3.
