Fa_ mil� means any number of persons related by <br />bluod, marriage or legal adoption and including foster <br />chilPren and exchange students living together as a <br />single housekeeping unit. Family also means a group of <br />not more than four related and unrelated adults and <br />their related minor children, but not to exceed a total <br />of eight related and unrelated persons, living together <br />as a single, not for profit, housekeeping unit. For <br />the purposes of this definition, an adult is a person <br />over the age of eighteen years old, and a minor child <br />is a person under the age of eighteen years old.�� <br />Therefore, eight persons may occupy a single family <br />dwelling as long as they do so as a single housekeeping <br />unit.
