You <br />have two opt3ona that Will enable you to bring the propertq into compliance With <br />ehe Evere[t Zoning Code. <br />1. You may retura the structures back to their original use as a aingle <br />family dwelling and a garage. This would require a building permit to <br />ensure that any previous alterations and any future removal of walls or <br />other modifications meet UBC requirements before it ia occupied again as a <br />single family dwelling.
