Please see <br />the enclosed inspection activiry repori, The Intemational Building Code and the International <br />Residcntial Code state that all permi�c expire if the work authorized by the permits is suspended <br />or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is commenced. Work under this permit <br />will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since <br />your last inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
