Building Co, <br />for a variance from Sectia)n 1942.020 to waive the required <br />twelve foot side yard protective screening and setbacg <br />between a business and a residential zone. <br />I own the residential property adjacent and north of Lots <br />13, 14, & 15 Block 610 Plat of Everett. I protest the <br />waiver of the 12 foot setback because it would greatly <br />reduce the value of my property. I have two builaings <br />( residential)close to the property line that would no <br />longer have a view, and more importantly tLe proposed <br />building would completely shade the windows. Also, any <br />noise coming from a business that close to the property <br />line would be undesirable. <br />I am sending t1-is letter of protest in the event I am <br />unable to attend the hearing. I feel that for the <br />interest of my property there should not be a variance of <br />Section 1942.020. <br />Sincerely, <br />John Halvorsen <br />
