WASHINGTON <br />I wish to cooperates I desire to develop a team relationship; but Ron is a <br />one man puppet show, with himself having :he only script, and <br />disfunctional communication <br />himself pulling all the strings, resulting in a <br />network. <br />Before I send this, I must comment that among the most difficult and <br />unpleasant functions I perform is telling people what they can and cannot <br />do in order to comply with the Codes. That function is even more difficult <br />and unpleasant when it involves contradicting City staff. <br />In dealing with the public, I try to avoid providing information that may <br />befreceived as gospel, when I do not have the proper expertise and/or <br />authority to provide that information. I do this because I believe <br />that other staff find it just as difficult to undo my mistakes. I <br />further expect the same consciousness level from them. <br />Perhaps I should appoingize for my frame of mind but the arrogance of <br />someone telling me to mind my own business and in the same breath <br />I must <br />telling me how to do my business is rather 'Yard to understand. <br />have had the <br />add that it has been a privilege, :iorlor and challenge to <br />the <br />opportunity to work with Ron for the last year and a half even with <br />occasional extreme frustrations created by his unique combination of <br />brilliance and audacity. <br />CIS:is/S16 <br />r� <br />r <br />
