WASH IN GI ON <br />Planning File #80-12 <br />Proposal: <br />To demolish major portion of existing YMCA building and construct 551000 <br />square foot replacement building at northwest corner of California and <br />Rockefeller. <br />Recommendations: <br />it is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance <br />of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities. storm drainage, <br />and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required before Right Of Way <br />Use Permit is issued. All improvement, shall be completed before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. Temporary Right Of Way Use Permit is needed during construction phase <br />for temporary pedestrian, facility, use of street and/or sidewalk during <br />construction. <br />3. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />4. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br />rterial streets unless otherwise approved <br />City of Everett shall be on a <br />by the Public Works Department. <br />5., Since expansion is over existing parking lot, on -site detention is not required, <br />however a grease trap is required. <br />6. A Pre -construction Conference is required involving, applicant, contractor, <br />all sub -contractors, Fire Marshall, Planning Dept.
