Your name <br />was listed as an agent for the sale/lease of this property; therefore, we are <br />contacting you with the anticipation that you will in turn notify the owner oP <br />this situation. <br />According to our Pield inspection there are some of the railings missing on <br />the barrior railing around the window wells and stairway entrance to this <br />lower section of the building. The Everett Municipal Code requires that the <br />frontage sidewalk improvements be maintained by the atutting property owners. <br />TherePore, it is the owners' responsibility to correct this hazardous <br />situation. <br />Please notify our office by February 18, 1988 with the owners' schedule for <br />perPorming this work.
