Those violations will be dealt with <br />under a separate letter. This inspection revealed several conditions, however, <br />that expose occupants of the second floor to much more than the normal hazard. <br />Section 2.201 of the Uniform Fire Code, as adopted by the City of Everett, <br />declares that buildings which do not provide adequate egress are unsafe buildings. <br />Therefore: <br />Unless plans for an approved second means of egress are submitted to the <br />Building Denertmen.t and ri-e Department, alore with a sched-Ile of completion, <br />by May 16, 1983, a Fire Marshal's Order will be issued ordering vacation <br />of the second floor by Junc 1, 1983. <br />FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU <br />Sam Preston <br />Asst.
