This <br />ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for slructures in the CBD in <br />an effort to keep the streetscape vibrar; ,id attractive. The ordinance becomes <br />effective September 1, 2009. A full copy oE t' ie ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
