January 19, 1965 <br />Board of County Co=nissioners <br />Snohomish County <br />Everett, Washington <br />Gentlemen: <br />This is to inform you that your application, #2070 for <br />permission to cut the curbs, remove sidewalks, and construct <br />two 6—inch P.C. concrete driveways as shown on sketch, has <br />been approved by the City Council. A copy of the sketch showing <br />the approved work is enclosed. All work must conform to this <br />sketch. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of our rules and regulations <br />governing work on City streets. Please notify us when you start <br />this work so an inspection can be made. <br />This permit is valid for a period of 60 days.
